Returns Policy

Cancellations

Under UK Consumer Rights law you have the right to cancel for whatever reason within 14 days from the date on which the order was placed and paid for.

To cancel your order within this "cooling-off period", you should notify us in writing (email or post) clearly stating that you are returning your item. Your item should then be returned to the return address printed on your invoice within the next 14 days following on from the "cooling-off period". To meet the 14 day cooling-off period, it is sufficient enough to confirm your return in writing within those 14 days.

Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel your order in accordance to the Returns terms and conditions set out below, we will reimburse all payments received by you in respect of the returned products.

We reserve the right to make a deduction in the reimbursement for any loss in value of any products supplied from damage incurred whilst in your possession. Please note that we will withhold reimbursement until we have received the products from you. We will the reimburse you within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods using the same payment method used to complete the initial transaction.

We may have to cancel your order before it is delivered due to factors beyond our control, or in the event of unavailable stock. We will contact your promptly using the contact details you supplied if this is the case. If we have to cancel an order and you have paid in advance for the products which are then not delivered to you, we will ensure these amounts are refunded to you.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any purchases for reasons of product manufacturing defects. We do not operate a Return Policy after the 30 days have passed since you received your purchase.  Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions.

To be eligible for a refund of the purchase cost of the item(s) only, your return(s) must be sent back at your own expense. We recommend you use a form of registered and tracked carriage with appropriate insurance as the return carriage is totally at your risk.  Proof of sending is not accepted as proof of receipt.  

Any CMO item returned under the "cooling-off" policy must be received in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with card insert and in a condition that we can resell it.

Aircall returns must be sent unused in the original packaging as we cannot resell sets that have been inserted into your ears for health and hygiene reasons.

For sales not made through the website we require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to process your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original packaging, items not in resaleable condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receipt is not acceptable for refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your application for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that some payment processing companies, including banks do not always pass on a refund from us in a timely fashion. If you have been notified that your application for a refund has been successful but you have not yet received it, please check with your credit card or debit card issuer in the first instance.  If they are unable to confirm receipt of your refund please email us so we can check up on events from our end. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@comosystems.co.uk and send your item to: Electromagnetic Solutions Ltd, Rose Dene, Shipton Road, Milton under Wychwood, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, OX7 6JT United Kingdom.  Items that have clearly been subjected to damage from abuse that is not a manufacturing defect will not be exchanged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs for returning your item. We recommend you use a tracking service, as proof of sending is not accepted as proof of receipt.  Shipping costs incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable except in the event that the order was cancelled prior to shipping, or we are not able to fulfil your order for whatever reason.
